Today was a very special day for the fans of Pokemonas it marked the beginning of the completely new anime of the series, after Ash and Pikachu closed its cycle of more than 20 seasons.

The episode served as Liko’s introduction and as a Sprigatito it became her first Pokémon, although at first the two did not get along very well. What was most striking is that in an important battle it is seen that the young woman was going to receive a blow, but she was protected by a protective barrier that was apparently summoned by a mysterious Pokémon that appeared suddenly.
The Pokémon in question is shaped like a turtle (with a very small shell) with crystal details of which nothing is officially known. However, its design reminded many of Terapagos, one of the new Pokémon that will debut in the series with the next DLC for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.

Although it is not confirmed, apparently the mysterious creature of the anime will be related to the also enigmatic crystal pendant that Liko wears hanging from his neck. There is speculation about the identity of the Pokémon and some anticipate that it is a pre-evolution of Terapagos or an incomplete phase of the Pokémon that will appear in the DLC, which sports a shell reinforced by teracrystals of all types and that make it look more robust. It is not ruled out that it is like Kubfu and Urshifu or Nebby and his evolutionary line.
