EA has released the First Official Launch Trailer for Dead Space Remake in which we can see how the graphics will look in this new version of one of the most striking titles of recent years in the genre that mixes third-person action and terror.
Released in 2008, Dead Space is a horror game with a third-person gameplay that puts us in the shoes of Engineer Isaac Clarke, trapped in a spaceship whose crew has been killed by alien creatures. Throughout the game, with a dark and tense setting, we will have to go dismembering the enemies to be able to get rid of them, always controlling the little ammunition that is available.
Being a success in reviews and sales, with the fashion for game remakes a few years ago at its peak, it is not surprising that EA announced a remake with updated graphics in the summer of 2021. Specifically, this remake of Dead Space will feature Next-generation graphics thanks to the latest version of the FrostByte graphics engine, used in titles distributed by EA such as the Battlefield saga. The story will also undergo some changes, but will maintain the plot line of the original title.
The Dead Space Remake will arrive on PC and next-generation consoles on January 27th.
