New NVIDIA graphics card promises 600 fps at 1440p in Fortnite, but it will be very expensive

A few days ago, NVIDIA presented the line of RTX 40 cards. This is new hardware that has driven PC gamers crazy as it promises a lot of power and more news. One of the elements that caught the most attention is that it promises that one of its graphics cards will allow you to run Fortnite at 600 frames per second.

When revealing the RTX 40 cards, NVIDIA shared details about the performance that its new graphics cards will have. Of course there was no shortage of details about what this powerful hardware will be able to do with different competitive games.

According to NVIDIA data, the RTX 4090 will be able to run games like Fortnite: Battle Royale at 1440p and 600 frames per second. On the other hand, with the same resolution you can run titles like apex legends at 300fps; Overwatch at 400fps; Rainbow Six Siege at 490fps and VALORANT at 433fps.

Of course, to achieve this performance you will need a PC with a powerful processor. You will still need a monitor with the appropriate refresh rate to be able to take advantage of all the power since otherwise you will not be able to appreciate how great it looks.

Of course, having all this power will not come cheap. The thing is, the RTX 4090 will cost $1,599 USD. Note that this graphics card will go on sale on October 12.
