New Intel 101.5522 WHQL drivers with support for new titles and improvements in Starfield



Although we have seen Recent Intel Driver Updatesspecifically on the 13th and 14th of this same month, today brings us a new version 31.0.101.522 WHQL where support for several titles has been added, along with updates to others already released. This new version includes support for Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, Wuthering Waves and XDefiantin addition to adding support for Starfield May Update.

Specifically, with this last title it has been added an improvement in performance compared to the previous stable version of the drivers. Starfield now offers up to 8% more FPS in resolutions 1080p and even a 7% more at 1440p when used in conjunction with Intel Arc graphics dedicated or integrated into the processors.

Also added a correction in which Arc Control could display a mistake when trying enable virtual camera and preview on laptops with Intel Core Ultra processors and integrated Intel Arc graphics. It has also been left a list of known issues which will be resolved in future versions of the drivers. You can find them all in the release notes.

Update to the latest version now from the utility itself Intel Arc Control or by downloading the complete package from the manufacturer’s website.
