This is the test prototype of an all-terrain vehicle intended to circulate on lunar soil that is being developed for future astronaut expeditions to the lunar surface, within the framework of NASA’s Artemis program. Some of the missions of NASA’s Apollo program already had a car to allow astronauts to move more easily through lunar terrain and in the near future those of the Artemis program will be able to do the same. The vehicle’s development work is carried out by the Johnson Space Center in Houston, United States, with the collaboration of the companies Intuitive Machines, Lunar Outpost and Venturi Astrolab.
