He also noted that he had “credible” information that his son was imprisoned in a prison located on the outskirts of the Syrian capital, Damascus, and urged that the attacks be stopped to facilitate the work of search and rescue personnel. .
“We have no way of knowing if the prisoners have food and water. We urgently request that the attacks in this area stop and Israeli assets be deployed to search for Austin Tice and other prisoners. Time is of the essence,” he said.
