From the COMPUTEX which officially opened today, MSI has shown us its new product catalog. New products taking advantage of the launch of the processors AMD Ryzen with Zen 5 cores for both laptops and desktops. MSI has differentiated these new laptops with AMD Ryzen AI naming them with the letter TO in front of the model. So we have the new ones MSI Summit A16 AI with processors AMD Ryzen AI 9 365along with a maximum of 32GB RAM LPDDR5X in dual channel. An M.2 PCI Express 4.0 SSD is included as storage.
It has a screen 16 inches with QHD+ resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio. It’s a panel tactile compatible with the MSI Pen 2which is capable of representing the 100% DCI-P3. In addition, it includes connectivity according to 2 USB 4 Type C compatible with DP and PW 3.0, 1 USB 3.2 Gen 2 type A and MicroSD card reader. It also has HDMI 2.1 video output for 8K at 60Hz. As for communications, WiFi-7 has been added along with Bluetooth 5.4.
Other features are 2 x 2W speakers with DTS, a 3-microphone array and Hi-Res Audio. Furthermore, thanks to the Artificial Intelligence functions, this MSI is capable of reducing noise in conversations and enhance images with the integrated IR Webcam. Comes with 82 Whr battery and charger compatible with fast charge of 100W.
Along with this, MSI has also launched the Stealht A16 AI. This laptop will arrive with options AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 or 9 365, in both cases it will integrate up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM. As for graphics, in this model you can choose a NVIDIA RTX 4070 or an RTX 4060 only with the Ryzen 9 AI 365. It has 2 slots available for M.2 PCI express 4.0 SSD disks.
As a good gaming laptop, it includes a 16-inch QHD display with 240 Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 on an IPS type panel. The keyboard has per-key RGB lighting from SteelSeries and also includes the key Copilot.
For connectivity includes 2 USB-C ports compatible with USB4 and 2 USB-A 3.2 Gen 2. It also comes with HDMI 2.1 video output, 2 2W speakers and 4 2W Woofers from the hand of Dynaudio.
