MADRID 25 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The NGO Doctors Without Borders (MSF) denounced this Friday “with the greatest firmness” the death of one of its workers, Hasan Subo, as a result of a bombing by the Israeli Army in Khan Yunis, in the south of the Gaza Strip.
“Hasan, 41, had been working with MSF since 2019. He was married and had seven children. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones, and with our colleagues in Gaza,” the NGO said in a message posted on social media. .
This would be the eighth NGO worker to die in the Gaza Strip since the start of Israel’s offensive on October 7, 2023. “Through its war against Gaza, Israel continues to demonstrate a fundamental disregard for civilian lives. This must end now,” MSF concluded.
According to the Ministry of Health of Gaza, controlled by the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), 38 people have died in the Khan Yunis attack, including 14 children, thirteen of whom were part of the same family, while dozens have been injured.
