“Special attention is paid to planning attacks against well-protected facilities, including foreign diplomatic missions,” he said, before noting that Washington plans to “transfer” “small groups” of terrorists “in the near future.”

“They will be in charge of preparing and executing terrorist attacks against diplomats, civil servants, officers of the security forces and the Armed Forces,” he stressed, without the United States having reacted so far to these accusations from Moscow.
