We get good news for all users of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreaksince Capcom has just confirmed that the fourth free update of the expansion will arrive in February of next year with several new features.
As you surely remember, Sunbreak was released last June and since then it has been receiving free updates that increase its content for gamers on Nintendo Switch and Steam.
The expansion has 3 free updates so far, and the release of the next one was kept in a vague “winter 2023”. Fortunately for all title holders, Capcom confirmed that said DLC will arrive in February and also shared what it will include.

As you could see, and although the day of the month was not specified, players will receive the 1.4.0 update which includes an Elder Dragon, an empowered monster and will also add the “Hunter Equipment” function.
A new event quest is near
