“Mobile looks better”, xQc criticizes Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom graphics and the potential of Switch

Although several companies will not go to gamescom 2022, Ubisoft confirms attendance

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom It is still on everyone’s lips after the revelation of its most recent gameplay. The vast majority of fans are more than happy and excited with what Nintendo showed; however, there are some players and content creators who were not satisfied.

One of them is the streamer Félix Lengyel, better known as xQc, who reacted to the gameplay and launched a harsh criticism of the sequel’s graphics. Likewise, he attacked the potential of Nintendo Switch, as he believes that even some mobile games look better.

xQc lashes out at Switch and the look of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

“Come on man, what the hell year is it? I can’t”, commented xQc when reacting to the gameplay. Shortly after, he affirmed and insisted that “phones are better”, in clear reference to the potential of Nintendo Switch and the appearance of the expected title.

“Look at the poor [Link]He’s so sad, look. Look at it. I can’t even see her face, I can’t even see her mouth,” the streamer added with clear frustration on his face. He added that the game would be truly spectacular on hardware that would do it justice.

“It’s just disgraceful to see how far behind this console is and how far behind Nintendo is. Knowing that if they had this creative direction with slightly better hardware, what they could achieve is insane. This is a waste of talent. This is just a life wasted… This is just crap”, added xQc.

For some reason, the content creator hopes that this is not the final version of the game despite the fact that Nintendo claimed that its development has already finished. “I’m hoping that what they just showed is a part of the game that isn’t fully developed and isn’t finished yet,” the streamer added.
