This year not only will be launched Grand Theft Auto VI, but the new game of Leslie Benzies will also be put on sale, which was the president of Rockstar North as well as the producer of GTA III, GTA IV, GTA V, Red Dead Redemption or Manhunt. His new project is called Mindseye and will be available on June 10 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC through Steam and Epic Games Store under the IO Interactive seal. The reservation campaign is already underway and there is both edition in physical and digital format available for 59.99 euros.

Mindseye’s launch date has been announced together with a film trailer that serves to welcome Redrock City, a metropolis set in the near future where technology is the queen. Build to Rocket Boy, the development team, notes that the footage shows us the influence of technology in the city, with robots performing most manual tasks and an algorithm connected to all devices. “The city itself is a living experiment on the potential between man and machine,” says official literature.

In the trailer there are also two characters who play a key role in history: Marco Silva and Shiva Vega. Marco Silva is an eccentric technology genius and founder of Silva Industries that seeks to change the course of human evolution, while Shiva Vega acts as mayor of Redrock and has the desire to turn the city into the safest place in the world while seeking a more strong control over its citizens. The relationship between the two will have a strong impact on the future of Redrock, its inhabitants and Jacob Díaz, our protagonist, who seeks answers about his past.

“We cannot wait for players to immerse themselves in Mindseye, a meticulously designed game with a story that invites reflection, where technology and ambition face and trigger their inevitable consequences,” says Leslie Benzies, director of Mindseye.

Those interested in giving the game should know that the reserve of the physical or digital edition of Mindseye is bonus with the Deluxe Edition Upgrade, which includes the Prémitium pass, a weapon and a series of appearances.
