Taking advantage of the coming year Microsoft wants to release a new version of the dashboard of the xboxesthus renewing its appearance and bringing it up to date with the new times, the company has taken the opportunity to launch a series of tests on the Alpha Skip-Ahead channel for Xbox Insiders. These tests will allow users to taste the new interface of the console before time.
As explained in VGC, Microsoft is going to carry out tests that will last several months and that they will come in the form of experiments to learn how to create a new experience on the home screen of the console and also pay attention to the latest trends and requests from fans.
Among the novelties that we can find in the interface, we will see a new row of recent games that we can return to immediately, shortcuts to important system apps like Settings, Store, Search and My Gamesconsistent design, and category and game recommendations.
Additionally, Microsoft is exploring the possibility of adding new channels and game collections when we go to the bottom of the interface, based on the games we have played, which would also allow us to receive recommendations on how to get the most out of our Game Pass.
