Meta updates his avatars with new body types, hair, and clothing

Some time ago we talked about how Meta had added legs to their Horizon Worlds avatarsand following news that the company had almost completely abandoned the use of the Metaverse as a marketing option, the company continues to try to bring to life the technology that its name reflects.

on this occasionwe came across something that helps the Metaverse feel more completeand it is with the addition of new body types, hair and clothing, so that users can have the greatest possible freedom when it comes to customizing their avatars, especially for those who have been limited with the current selection.

It seems that as part of Mark Zuckerberg’s last efforts before he stopped talking about the metaverse to advertisers, a deal has been struck with PUMA to bring new outfits to the storesomething that will have a lot of reach, not only because of the metaverse, but because these avatars can be used on more sites, such as Facebook or Instagram.

Knowing this last fact, it is to be expected that over time changes will continue to be seen in Meta avatars, although they will not be used regularly in Horizon Worlds, the Metaverse.
