Who is Rhapsody, the beautiful legend that will come to the Apex Games

The biggest novelty is, as in all seasons, the addition of a new legend and this time it will be the turn of Rhapsody, an engineer specialized in artificial intelligence and who has music in her veins.

This beautiful young woman, as you can see below, has short black hair and heterochromia of the iris, since her right eye is brown, while the left one shines a clear blue.

This character comes from Kómma and will have her little robotic ally Rowdy (Jaleo in Spanish), an adorable robotic puppy that her mother, an employee of Pythas (a company that controls what happens in the region), created to amplify her daughter’s voice. .

Rhapsody’s mother discovered secrets of Pythas, which created false debts for her, so unfortunately her family had to escape to the Dunas Neon night district, it was there, with this change of life, that Rhapsody infused her music with a rebellious tone.

This young DJ achieved great prestige to such an extent that she was invited back to the wealthy area of ​​the city of Kómma and took the opportunity to install a virus that her mother designed to eliminate the false debts that were invented for her, but it got out of control and corrupted the financial data of the entire district.

As a result, Rhapsody has promised to participate in the Apex Games as a representative of Pythas, but the true intention of the young woman is to climb to the top to escape and recover her family.

It is important to mention that so far Rhapsody is only confirmed for mobiles of apex legends and it is not known if or when it will arrive in the original version, although there are means, such as Video Games Chroniclewho affirm that this legend will end up reaching the PC and console version, since it is an exclusive character of Apex Legends Mobile at its release.

What abilities will Rhapsody have?

This new character will have a passive ability called Privileged Hearing, which will allow him to perceive sounds from a wide range. The tactical ability will be Stadium Anthem, which when activated will cause nearby allies to speed up and their shields to recharge, but these effects end when damage is taken.

Jaleo’s ultimate ability is Jaleo’s Rave, with which his robotic companion will project a light show that will block vision and scans.

Each skill will also have buffs that will amplify the effects of the aforementioned skills, providing a significant buff.

What new maps will come to Apex Legends Mobile?

As we told you, this season will be very special because it will mark the debut of the Pythas Block O or Pythas Block O map, which will be a TCT (team) map located in Kómma and that has high-ranking offices, with entertainment rooms. Additionally, the Cañón de los Reyes map will be added, which will appear for the first time in the mobile version of the game.

Finally, it was announced that the 2 Gunplay and Hacking modes will also be added. The first will be more frenetic, as players will have all the weapons in the game at their disposal and their mission will be to accumulate more points or get 3 melee eliminations.

The other mode will be a sort of team zone capture, as the defending team will have to deal with a team trying to hack one of the 2 locations on the map for points. When the team reaches 3 points, a round is won. When 4 rounds are won, the game ends.

All this content will be available at Apex Legends Mobile Starting next July 12. Additionally, players will be able to find music-themed items, a partial ranked reset, a new Battle Pass, plus weapon balancing, upgrades, and bug fixes.
