Taiwanese TSMC, the world’s leading chipmaker, has yet to launch its three-nanometer line.

The Indonesian Parliament passed the controversial law that would create three new provinces in the Papua region. According to critics, the measure calls into question special local autonomy and threatens local indigenous peoples.
