At IFA 2024 we were able to see the striking liquid cooling system proposed by Lynk+. It is a hybrid between custom liquid cooling and “All-in-One” RL, which seeks to combine the high performance of custom systems with the ease of use of AiOs.
Their cooling systems consist of independent modules that interconnect with each other. PFor example, there is the radiator module, which is already filled with liquid at the factory and with an integrated high-performance and low-noise pump. The radiator already has the tubes integrated, which end in the quick-connect system.
Cooling systems Lynk+ They use a system of quick connection for tubes To avoid the need for fittings or flanges, it has a double terminal that connects directly to the cooling block using a single screw.
These terminals are watertight and as soon as the screw is removed they close preventing the coolant from falling. This makes it possible to switch between cooling modules easily. They are designed in such a way that when they are disconnected only a small drop of 0.1 ml comes out.
The cooling module is the other one that the system requires in order to function. It is basically the GPU cooling water block, although it also covers the rest of the essential components of the card. Like the radiator, it also comes filled with coolant from the factory, and thanks to the quick-connect system it can be connected without spilling any.
The cooling module is compatible with most RTX 4090s on the market, but they are also working on new modules in collaboration with companies like Palit. The latest prototype they are working on is a vapor chamber that comes into direct contact with the GPU for the cooling module.
