Lollapalooza Argentina 2023: dates, artists, poster and ticket prices

( ) – One of the best-known music festivals worldwide returns with its edition in Argentina: Lollapalooza. The San Isidro Hippodrome will host the event again between March 17 and 19, 2023.

The organizers of Lollapalooza Argentina 2023 announced the official poster for the three days of the festival in mid-October.

Those in charge of opening the event are Drake and Rosalía, who lead the list of artists to delight the public on Friday, March 17. That same day the Argentine rapper Trueno will also perform. Venezuelan Danny Ocean is also on the list along with Omar Apollo, Alvaro Diaz, Dante Spinetta, Villano Antillano, among others.

Blink-182 and Tame Impala headline the bill for Saturday, March 18. That same day the Argentine public will be able to enjoy Jane’s Addiction, whose vocalist (Perry Farrell) is the creator of the original edition of Lollapalooza in Chicago, United States.

Yungblud, Ryan Castro and Elsa and Elmar are also part of Saturday’s lineup.

For Sunday, those in charge of closing the festival are Billie Eilish and Lil Nas X. That day will also receive the so-called “girl from Argentina”, María Becerra. Kali Uchis, Diego Torres, Tokischa, Cami, among others, will have their chance to conquer the Argentine public.

In 2022, the festival brought together more than 300,000 people. This year’s festival featured Miley Cirus, The Strokes, Doja Cat, A$AP Rocky. This stage was also the last performance of Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, who died in Bogotá, Colombia, on March 25, before the band’s performance at the Estéreo Picnic festival.

How much do tickets cost and where can they be purchased?

Daily Lollapalooza tickets are on sale now. Daily general admission tickets cost 20,000 Argentine pesos, the equivalent of approximately US$127, plus service charges. While VIP tickets cost 40,000 Argentine pesos, the equivalent of approximately US$254.

The price of VIP tickets varies for Saturday and Sunday, increasing to 50,000 Argentine pesos or approximately US$318.

The festival allows payment in six interest-free installments through Banco Santander / American Express. Tickets will only be for sale on the page AllAccess.com.ar.

Children under the age of 10 have free admission to the festival as long as they are accompanied by a ticketed adult.
