We get bad news for all the followers of The Legend of Zeldaas it has just been confirmed that LEGO Ideas has canceled all projects suggested by fans related to the saga and warns that it will no longer receive more of the IP.
As you probably know, LEGO Ideas is a site where the community proposes projects seeking the support of 10,000 people to go through a review phase by LEGO and decide if it becomes a reality or not.
However, given the large number of projects that used the Nintendo franchise, it was confirmed that all of them were rejected and that in the future no more related to Nintendo will be accepted. The Legend of Zeldaall this due to a conflict with the license.
According to the information shared, that is the only reason that LEGO Ideas shared to explain their decision, so if you were waiting for any of the projects submitted by the fans with Zelda and Link as protagonists, you better forget them.
