- Electronic: Part of the label or back label of the bottles, with a QR code and an authorized folio number.
How to identify if a bottle is authentic?
The SAT explains that any consumer can verify the legality of a drink by scanning the QR code on the label with a mobile device with internet access. By doing so, The information obtained must match the data on the bottle:
- Brand.
- Type of drink.
- Alcoholic graduation.
- Ability.
- Origin.
- Packaging date and production lot.
In addition, the labels have different colors depending on the type of product:
- Green: National drinks.
