League of Legends: Pre-Season Patch Notes 12.22

With the close of the World Cup League of Legends, Riot Games has kicked off the 2023 preseason, the most important patch of the year. This is an update that completely modifies the gameplay of the MOBA and also of TFT (Teamfight Tactics).

There are basically two changes that summarize all the work of the developer company. The first has to do with jungle modification. On the one hand, we see that there is a new Quimtech dragon, which upon death grants damage and resistance to players, but adds an extra effect to the fruits that grow on the map.

For another, junglers will have a lot more tools at their disposal on the map. They won’t be forced to buy a jungle item, but instead will choose between three companions that offer certain bonuses.

In turn, the MOBA will now tell you the best jungle route based on the champion and partner you choose. The goal is to be much friendlier to the new gamer who wants to try League of Legends.
