Resident Evil Re:Verse is an independent online multiplayer title where players step into the shoes of different characters from the franchise, such as Jill Valentine, Hunk, Nemesis, Ada Wong, Chris Redfield, Claire Redfield, Leon Kennedy and Jack Baker, to test your skill in combat between four and six participants. Each character has their own set of skills and weapons. The game promises quick games of about 5 minutes in which the player with the most points will win.
As long as they are alive, the characters will fight with the arsenal and items available on the stage, and when they are eliminated they will transform into a powerful biological weapon that can be used against other players. “The more virus vials in the area, the more powerful the bioweapon you will become if you pick them up. Taking revenge as a bioweapon is the perfect opportunity to earn more points,” explains Capcom. In case the biological weapon is eliminated, the player will appear again as a survivor.
Regarding the content of Resident Evil Re:Verse, on the first day players will be able to choose between six characters, there will be five creatures, two scenarios and a battle pass with 30 levels. From here, the game will receive updates to add survivors, scenarios and costumes. The levels of the battle pass will also be extended up to 90. At the moment Capcom has ensured the release of 3 updates that do not yet have a date.
In addition to Resident Evil Re:Verse, the Resident Evil Village Golden Edition will also be available on October 28, which includes the original game and the Winters Expansion with an additional story, new Mercenary characters, and a third-person mode.
