This Thursday the crime of sedition from the Penal Code has already disappeared. He has done so by entering into force the reform which has become that of “aggravated public disorder” and in which, in addition, some penalties for the crime of embezzlement are reduced. With this reform, the Supreme Court will already have to review the sentence that sentenced some of the political leaders of the process in 2017.
