Garner went on to explain that as a teenager, her only experience with makeup was on stage. As a result, she used her stage makeup (which is very heavy and thick to counteract the intense lighting) for her everyday cosmetics. “If you look at any photo of me, throughout college, if I have makeup on, I wore my theater makeup,” she added.
Garner revealed that the makeup was too pale for her skin tone, making it look like ghost face paint (especially in flash photos). “I had makeup on my face,” he joked. “I have a white circle. It’s so bad. “It’s so, so bad.”
