A report of Business Insider Poland (via VGC) shared information about what he defined as the systematic drop in the price of CD Projekt shares since that unfortunate December 2020, the month and year in which Cyberpunk 2077 debuted and sank to its own hype. According to a historical review of CD Projekt’s asset performance on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the price has fallen 75% from a market value of $8,130 million a little over 2 years ago to $2,110 million today. Unfortunately, this drop is more dramatic when remembering that with that value in 2020 prior to the launch of Cyberpunk 2077the company had become the most valuable in the industry in Europe, surpassing Ubisoft.
