The Game Awards 2022 gave us amazing moments throughout the ceremony, from trailers for new games, surprises at some award shows and, of course, the so-called kid Bill Clinton who crashed the last speech of the night. However, it seems that those responsible for the event do not want to touch that subject again and have even deleted the minor from the GOTY speech.
As you will surely remember, the gala offered to the entire industry on December 8 was directed by Geoff Keighley, who throughout the night was seen at full speed to recover the time used by Christopher Judge (actor who gave life to Kratos and who won the award for Best Performance) in his eternal speech.
However, everyone will remember the intrusion of Matan Even, a young man who took the stage at the end of The Game Awards, along with the team from elden ringto nominate “reformed rabbi, Bill Clinton.”
Well, 2 weeks have passed since then and the organizers of the event have decided to delete any evidence that this moment happened, or at least that’s what they tried to do in a recent tweet.
Here you can see it:

As you can see, the official The Game Awards Twitter account wanted to confirm that FromSoftware is the first studio to win 2 Game of the Year awards at the event, although the publication’s attention went elsewhere.
As can be seen in some responses to the tweet, the account wanted to erase any trace of the child, which we told you about in another note, so that only Hidetaka Miyazaki and his translator would appear.

However, it seems that The Game Awards did not make a great effort to delete the “intruder” and social networks are not forgiving, since the community took the tweet humorously and they are even recommending how to edit an image of the correctly in programs like Adobe Photoshop.

It is worth mentioning that, although Geoff Keighley said moments after the end of the event that the minor had been arrested, it was later confirmed by the Los Angeles Police Department that Even was escorted to a local police station before being released without charge.
What do you think of this attempt by TGA to erase the presence of the child? Tell us in the comments.
