April 9 (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT), the Israeli military authority in charge of the Palestinian territories, reported this Tuesday that a total of 468 trucks loaded with humanitarian aid have entered the Gaza Strip.

“This is the largest number of aid trucks that entered Gaza in one day since the beginning of the war (which began on October 7),” the organization, which depends on the Israeli Ministry of Defense, highlighted in a message published on social network X.

More than 1,200 trucks with humanitarian supplies have been “inspected and transferred” to the Gaza Strip, controlled by the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), “during the last three days,” according to COGAT.

Likewise, he indicated in another message that 303 packages have been airdropped over Gaza, while they have coordinated the transportation of 47 trucks loaded with food to the north of the Palestinian enclave “during the night.”

The Israeli Ministry of Defense announced the day before that 419 trucks had entered the Strip, while a day before it had set the figure at 322, which represents an increase in entries in the last three days.
