The chief of the General Staff of the Israeli Armed Forces, Herzi Halevi, has ordered the mobilization of Air Force reservists and anti-aircraft units in response to the growing regional tension and after the Israeli bombardments on the Gaza Strip and Lebanese territory.
Halevi has given the order after visiting the Northern Command on Friday afternoon. The order includes the mobilization of reservists from attack and defense units of the Air Force, reports the newspaper ‘Yedioth Aharonoth’.
