Palestinian doctors estimate more than a hundred dead from the bombings since Friday, awaiting the updated balance this Sunday

During this weekend, the Israeli Army attacked “more than a hundred terrorist targets” in various points of the Gaza Strip in a series of attacks that have left, according to the medical authorities of the enclave, under the control of Hamas, more of one hundred dead waiting for the new balance that will be published this Sunday.
“In a joint operation by the Air Force and the Southern Command, under the direction of Shin Bet Intelligence, aircraft and fighter jets attacked more than 100 terrorist targets throughout the Gaza Strip over the weekend,” the Army in a statement in which it assures that the bombings have caused the death of “dozens of terrorists.”
At the beginning of the year, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz threatened to redouble the bombing of the enclave if the Palestinian militias continued their activity.
The Gaza Health Ministry estimated on Saturday that at least 59 people had lost their lives from Friday to early yesterday morning. Throughout last afternoon, medical sources in the enclave informed the newspaper ‘Filastin’, related to the Islamist movement, of the deaths of at least 60 more people, 41 of them only in the north of the enclave.
In the last few hours, the Israeli Army has also announced the downing of a missile launched from Yemen before reaching Israeli territory. “Following the alert that was activated in Ptolomeo Elazar, a missile launched from Yemen was intercepted before crossing into the country. Alerts have been activated,” he said in a publication on his profile on the social network X.
While the Houthi rebels have not yet claimed responsibility for the offensive, they have carried out dozens of drone and missile attacks in recent months against Israeli territory.
