The Israeli Army attacks “close to 200 terrorist targets” in Lebanese territory during the last 24 hours

The Israeli Army has detailed that during the last 24 hours it has attacked “close to 200 terrorist targets in Lebanon”, including “terrorist infrastructures”, “anti-tank positions” and “military buildings”, hours after confirming the death of four soldiers in fighting with Hezbollah in Lebanese territory.
On the other hand, it has indicated that in the last few hours it has detected the launch of five projectiles from the south of Lebanon against the surroundings of Haifa. “Some of them have been intercepted,” he said, although he acknowledged that there were impacts on Israeli territory, with no information on victims for now.
The Israeli Army unleashed a new invasion of Lebanon after several weeks of intense bombing and attacks against the country, including the coordinated explosion of thousands of communication devices, after more than eleven months of fighting with Hezbollah in the border area.
The Government of Lebanon has put the death toll at nearly 2,600 and more than 12,000 injured due to the attacks carried out by Israel since October 8, 2023, after the militia party began firing projectiles in support of the Palestinian groups following the attacks carried out the day before against Israeli territory.
