Intel is teasing some features about the new thirteenth generation Raptor Lake processors in the Intel Tech Tour celebrated in Israel. In this event it has been confirmed that Intel will have the first processor capable of running at 6 GHz without overclocking.
this speed has been confirmed by the manufacturer without specifying which processor model it corresponds to. It is true that we have recently seen a leak of the characteristics of this next series and as the next Intel Core i9-13900K will be able to reach 5.8 GHz Thanks to the Thermal Velocity Boost (TVB) technology, it is expected that this figure of 6 GHz will be reached by some version of this more powerful and faster processor that Intel will launch shortly.
Along with this confirmation by Intel, it has also given data of a new record reached by this new generation of Intel Raptor Lake processors. Although it has not been confirmed which reference has been able to reach this figure, recently we have seen the Intel Core i9-13900K reaching this figure. It looks like this next generation Intel Raptor Lake it will be good to overclock and take these new processors to extreme speeds.
Intel is planning introduce the new generation of Raptor Lake processors next September 27 at the Intel Innovation event, among them it is expected to see the most powerful Intel Core i9-13900K.
