Intel AI PlayGround was announced last July and is now available in beta for download. It is an open-source project that is designed to facilitate the use of Intel AI features. Artificial intelligence on computers equipped with a dedicated Intel Arc graphics card, and also on Intel Core Ultra H processors with integrated Arc graphics. (Hopefully when the more AI-powered Core Ultra 200Vs arrive on September 24, they will also be supported.)
Basically, Intel AI Playground is a collection of artificial intelligence systems with different models to download (or indicate if we already have one downloaded), with which you can use AI in a simple way with functions such as image generation, AI resolution increase, creative painting, chatbots, etc.
It can be used in basic mode with everything automated, but also allows customization for advanced users, all optimized for the Intel Xe Cores and XMX Engine architecture. Therefore, all Intel AI Playground functions run locally on the user’s PC without sharing data with the cloud.
Intel AI Playground is now available for download as installers for Intel Arc dGPU, Core Ultra H and also the source code at the following link: Download Intel AI Playground.
