The results of its strategy look favorable; in addition to the general decrease in accidents, high-impact incidents also presented decreases compared to the previous year. In the case of assaults, the decrease was 39.6%, harassment decreased by 47% and robbery decreased by 78.2%.

Furthermore, InDrive figures show that 99.9% of the requests made by users in the country received positive ratings and comments, while the average rating of the drivers is 4.93 out of five, according to the reviews of the drivers. passengers.
