In Córdoba they could lose the VAT subsidy if they do not claim it: see the latest date

In the department of Córdoba, More than 16,000 beneficiaries of the VAT refund program would be at risk of losing their subsidies accumulated from cycles 4, 5 and 6 of 2023 if they do not claim the money before July 19 of this year.

According to the Regional Directorate of Social Prosperity, these resources would add up to $270,000 per person.

“Only 33% of beneficiaries have claimed their payments so far“said Dalila Tamayo, regional director of Social Prosperity in Córdoba.

According to Tamayo, citizens should consult the official pages of Prosperidad Social or go to the municipal offices of the entity. “It is important that we always use official channels, because we know that with all this technology issue there are people who want to misinform you and often scam you,” said the regional director of Social Prosperity in Córdoba.

It should be noted that the payment must be made in person at authorized Supergiros points, presenting the physical identity card. This VAT refund program is part of the government’s strategies to support families in economically vulnerable conditions.
