“I don’t do voices”: Seth Rogen talks about his participation in Super Mario Bros. The Movie

Interesting statements come to us from Seth Rogen, an actor who will lend his voice to Donkey Kong in Super Mario Bros. The Moviesince he clarified that he does not do voices and his work will sound just like he speaks, in addition to taking the opportunity to share his wishes that a feature film of the character arrive in the future.

One of them is Seth Rogen, who recently spoke with comic book to clarify how he carried out his work in Super Mario Bros. The Movie:

“I was very clear, I don’t do voices. And if you want him to be in this movie, he’ll sound like me and that’s it. And that was the beginning and the end of that conversation. I was like, ‘If you want Donkey Kong to be a lot like me, I’m your guy. But it seemed to work,” the actor said.

In addition, he revealed the points of Donkey Kong’s personality that helped him perform a good role in the film:

“Honestly, something I ran into was this idea that he hates Mario, that they’re kind and have an adversarial relationship, that he’s upset with him, that he doesn’t want to join him, that he wishes he was on this adventure without him. For me that was fun and that was the root of the character, ”he stated.

Finally, the actor confessed that he is interested in participating in a movie donkey kong country:

“It would be funny. I had a lot of fun doing it and I think it’s a big world… gigantic, and it seems to be something that people would want to see ”, she finished.
