It seems that a rumor has been circulating on the Chinese social network Weibo in which it was mentioned that Kirin processors would return to the market by 2023something that Huawei has had to go out to deny since it was nothing more than that, a rumor, and therefore it is not something that fans of the brand have to wait for it to arrive.
With the sanctions applied by the United States, Huawei has not been able to access several of the technologies that allowed them to continue developing their Kirin processorsso it was expected that these processors would gradually disappear from the market, with the exception of the Kirin 710A, that for some reason has had a little more life.
In any case, waiting for Kirin processors to return to the market is little more than a utopia at the moment, which is why Huawei has finally explained that this is not going to be the case, and it will not be so until a company is found that does not use North American technology in its design and manufacture of chips.
It is certainly a shame, since Huawei is a company that has brought a certain dose of innovation to the industry.
