Step by step to schedule an appointment in colpensions
Those who need to carry out a procedure in the Colpensiones offices in person, must apply for the schedule quickly and easily on the official website of the agency: www.colpensions.gov.co.

It is important to note that the agendation is personal, so affiliates must present themselves directly with their identity document. In turn, a single procedure will be addressed for each appointment.
Colpensions requestto arrive 10 minutes in advance of the scheduled appointment since they must activate it in the lectern of shifts. Once activated, they must pay attention to the call of the screens.
