How to follow the seventh meeting of the Forum of Latin American and Caribbean Countries on Sustainable Development

The seventh meeting of the Forum of Latin American and Caribbean Countries on Sustainable Development will be held at the main headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Santiago, Chile, from April 15 to 18, 2024 under the Presidency of Argentina. The objective of the meeting is to analyze the progress and challenges for the fulfillment of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in the region.

It will be attended by senior authorities, including Amina Mohammed, Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations; José Manuel Salazar-Xirinachs, Executive Secretary of ECLAC, and Marcia Levaggi, Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentina.

High representatives of governments of the 33 countries of the region, of agencies, funds and programs of the United Nations system, of international financial institutions and development banks, of regional and subregional integration organizations, of civil society, of the world will participate. parliament, academia and the private sector, both from the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean and from other regions of the world.
