How much does the digital ID cost in 2024?
The digital ID in Colombia has a cost that varies depending on the applicant’s situation and how many times they have applied for it.
First time: For citizens who turn 18 years old and request the ID for the first time, The process is free.
Duplicates: If you already have a yellow or digital ID card and need a duplicate, the cost is COP 68,900 (approximately USD 68.99) starting March 2024. Previously, the cost was COP 63,050, but was adjusted due to inflation.
