Houthis and pro-Iranian militia Islamic Resistance of Iraq attack Israeli city of Haifa with missiles

Yemen’s Houthi rebels, along with the pro-Iranian militia Islamic Resistance of Iraq, carried out a joint missile attack on the Israeli city of Haifa on Tuesday in retaliation for Israel’s offensive on the Gaza Strip.

Houthi military spokesman Yahya Sari said on his social media account that such actions would continue “in support and solidarity with the Palestinian people until the aggression ends and the siege on the Gaza Strip is lifted.”

However, the Israeli press has reported that there have been no reports of any attacks near Haifa. The latest anti-aircraft warning came at around 5:00 p.m. local time due to an attack by the Shiite militia party Hezbollah against northern Kiryat Shmona.
