GPU-Z has been updated today to version 2.51 to bring some changes and support news to this application, and as we read in TechPowerUp, one of the main changes that users will be interested in will be full support for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080but we will also now have support for extracting BIOS from the RTX 4080 and RTX 4090.
Likewise, added support for the new RTX 3060 Ti with GDDR6X memory, in addition to the GA104 GPU-based RTX 3060So we do have several new graphics cards in the app, though unsurprisingly AMD’s RX 7000 won’t arrive in this update.
As of this versionit will also be possible to monitor the power that passes through the ATX 12VHPWR connectorthe new 16-pin connector that we find in NVIDIA graphics cards and that is bringing so many headaches to both users and the industry in general.
Last but not least, We also have the possibility of measuring the temperature of the RAM memory of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Seriesso we will be able to use GPU-Z more extensively than before.
