As Google announced in a official statementthe company is going to work on improving its search engine in a very specific way, changing the terms on which it will be based to order the results that we can find in it. With this, you will fight against clickbait, as well as against automatically generated content.
That is why, at least forrto Google users in English, the company will release several changes next week aimed at making it easier for users to find human-generated content for humanssomething that should cut straight to clickbait techniques that work exclusively to fool algorithms and humans alike.
This work is combined with similar changes made to product reviews, which will also receive an update to be better at discovering real and relevant content. This should cut down on the appearance of fake review sites for products that are generally untrustworthy or don’t exist outright.
In any case, in Spain we should not see the changes yetbut hopefully they will eventually arrive if they are good enough to improve the overall user experience.
