Gmail for Android improves user experience with drag and drop email addresses

We have several email clients both on the desktop and also in applications that we have installed on our mobile devices.

In addition to Microsoft’s Outlook, Gmail Google is one of the most popular, and it recently added a feature to Android that has already been present for a long time on both desktop and iOS devices.

Now the Gmail app for Android has received an update very useful to facilitate the use of the “Cc” and “Bcc” fields in the email.

Now it will be easier than ever, since we can drag the different contacts or email addresses between the “To”, “Cc” or “Bcc” fields without having to search for them in each of the fields.

That is, if you are sending an email to several people, you do not need to search for each of the contacts for the “to”, “cc” and “bc” fields, but you can drag them from one field to another.

So, for example, you can put a contact in the “Cc” field and drag it to the “Bcc” field simply by touching and dragging it.

Until now in Android We had to look for the corresponding contact again in the “To”, “Cc” or “Bcc” section, or write it to search for it, now we can simply drag it from one field to another.

This feature is now available to all Google WorkSpace customers, including individual WorkSpace subscribers and users with personal Google accounts.

The implementation has already started, and Google clarifies that it will end in the next 15 daysso if you don’t see it yet, you shouldn’t worry about it.

Google has been adding different features to Gmail in recent weeks. At the beginning of the month they updated the Gemini side panel in Gmail to connect it with Google Calendar.

On the other hand, Gmail summary cards that offer information about orders and deliveries have also been updated with a new user interface and new action buttons.
