Genshin Impact is approaching version 3.0, which means that players will be able to visit a new region, Sumeru. In recent days, unofficial information emerged regarding the first details of this new version and today HoYoverse confirmed some with a fantastic trailer.
As has happened on previous occasions, the first details about version 3.0 were leaked days ago. However, something that was not leaked was the trailer that anticipates the new chapter of the game Masks of a winter night.

This animated short got the fans very excited because for the first time it let them take a look at Los Eleven de Fatui, the leading characters of this antagonistic faction of Genshin Impact. The meeting is the reason for something that happened in the chapter focused on Inazuma, so if you have not played it, we invite you not to watch the video, as it contains strong spoilers.

The new element Dendro will arrive in version 3.0 of Genshin Impact
Well, that’s not all, as some leaks anticipated, in version 3.0 of Genshin Impact 1 new element will be added to those already existing in the title, we are talking about the Dendro element, which until now only enemies can use, so there will soon be 7 elements available to the player.
This new item will debut with selectable characters the Blooming Promise, Collei, and the Wayfarer of Hope, Tignari. These 2 characters will arrive in the 3.0 update along with the Electro-element Wealthy Tycoon, Dori.
Unfortunately, there are still a few weeks until version 3.0 is available, but before that update 2.8 will arrive, on July 13, in which many new features will appear that will keep you entertained until the arrival of version 3.0.
What will be in version 2.8 of Genshin Impact?
First, you must know that with this new version, Summer, dreams and fantasies! the summer season will be celebrated. The event in question, A Summer Journey, will start on July 15 and until the end of version 2.8 it will allow you to get many rewards and invite Fischl to your team. Best of all, there will be another event, Echoing Visions, which will allow you to unlock this Eternal Dreams character’s alternate costume just for participating and getting a certain number of Illusory Conch Shells.
In addition to the above, there will be a couple of banners or gachapones starring Kazuha and Klei. On the other hand, Diluc Crimson Night’s alternate costume will have a limited discount and the legendary quest Azer Palmatum, focused on Kaedehara Kazuha, will also be added, as well as the encounter with Shikanoin Heizou. Secret War will be another event that offers a lot of rewards.
