The next edition of the video game fair gamescom will be held between August 23 and 27, 2023 and its opening event, the Opening Night Livewill take place on the 22nd.

The Opening Night Live will take place on August 22, and the fair will officially open its doors between the 23rd and 27th of the same month. The format of the event is still unknownwhich went digital in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic Covid-19.
Gamescom 2021 premiered a hybrid format that, in addition to digital events, also had physical participation.
