Samsung has announced its new tablet to survive outdoors. This novelty named Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro, claims to be able to adapt in difficult weather conditions, intended for professionals who would use the device in an outdoor environment.
We are all already aware of the great popularity that the new smartphones of Samsungthe Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Z Flip 4, which, despite having a very striking design, are not particularly resistant and, frankly, are much more fragile than any other that we find on the market, mainly because of the screen.
That’s why, at the other extreme, Samsung also makes a range of rugged smartphones and tablets like the new Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro, a rugged tablet designed to survive extreme conditions.
with this novelty, Samsung presents us with a somewhat heavy tablet, 674 grams (including the protective cover of the case and the S Pen is 833 grams) but, on the positive side, we see an increase in storage options and RAM (4 + 64 GB / 6 + 128 GB, microSD up to 1 TB).
And it is that, as expected, it comes with an S Pen to introduce the stylus and has a screen 10.1-inch that integrates Android 12.0.

As reported by Samsung in a press releaseit is compatible with the Knox mobile platform for points of sale and Knox Capture, so it can also be ideal for commercial environments where any movement can harm your device.

This new Samsung tablet has a IP68 ratingwhich means water resistance to 1.5 meters of fresh water for up to 30 minutes and protection against dust, dirt and sand.
It also includes the MIL-STD-810H standardizationdesigned by the United States Army, to accurately evaluate the limitations of the device, which makes it resistant to various characteristics: altitude, humidity, immersion, salt spray, dust, vibration or drop, which will surely increase its price selling.
the new galaxy Tab Active4 Pro will be available from September in parts of Europe, and later in Asia, Latin America, North America and the Middle East.
Although Samsung promises three operating system updates and up to five years of security updates, the price actual tablet remains a mystery.
