If this morning TeamGroup boasted about the 7,600 MHz reached by the DDR5 RAM modules they were working on, now G.SKILL has arrived and breaks the record for the fastest serial memory modules with its new modules Trident Z5 DDR5 16 GB and nothing more and nothing less than 7,800MHz speed factory with XMP 3.0 profiles.

These modules have been tested in kits of two 16 GB Dual Channel or Dual Channel modules on the Intel Z790 platform for the new 13th Generation Intel Core Raptor Lake processors, such as the Core i9-13900K that we reviewed today or the Core i5-13600K of which we have also published a complete review.

16 GB modules at 7800 MHz will work with latencies of CL38-48-48-125.
