Soldiers have neutralized three PKK/YPG terrorists who were preparing to attack in the Euphrates Shield region,” reported the Turkish Defense Ministry, which often uses the term “neutralized” to refer to deceased alleged “terrorists.”

On the other hand, one person died last night in an attack by unidentified troops in the mountainous area located in the east of the province of Suleimani province, according to the mayor of Mawat, Kamaran Hasan, quoted by the Turkish-Iraqi television Rudaw. .

“At around 11:00 p.m. last night, an air strike against a home in the Shorey Valley, in the town of Galala, killed Mohamed Said,” Hasan explained. The town is very close to the border with Iran.

Hasan has indicated that it is not known which country would be responsible for this attack, which coincided with the passage of more than 300 drones and projectiles launched from Iran against Israel. The projectiles were visible in the sky over Iraqi Kurdistan. In any case, Türkiye repeatedly attacks PKK targets in northern Iraq.
