Gliding is one of the basic movements of Fortnite, either to attack and surprise the enemy or to evade bullets and successfully flee. Now with the new challenges available from Week 14 of Season 3, players will have to scavenge and pick up items at the same time. We tell you how it is done.
Slip on itself is not difficult in Fortnite. With the push of a button, players can execute the move. However, having to swipe and pick up an object on the fly is something else. Considering that three items must be chosen to complete this challenge, this is where things get tricky.
There are essentially two ways to do this challenge. Players can slide and pick up items they see in front of them or place three items in a row before sliding. While the first method is more natural, the second will save time and be much easier.
Those with quick reflexes can pick up three items in the span of a single swipe. However, if this proves too difficult, players can swipe and individually pick one item at a time. Although this method requires more time, it is foolproof.
Ideally, players should find a quiet area on the island to attempt this challenge. Also, finding and collecting items that will be useful to the game will be smarter than doing it with random junk. Lastly, dropping the same item and then swiping to pick it up three times also counts towards progression.
