Fortnite Chapter 4: How to earn free and effortless XP at the Winterfest Lodge

Fortnite Winterfest 2022 brought additional limited-time quests and themed items like Snowball Launchers. If you are attentive to the many things you can do in your games, you can get thousands of experience points (XP) and nothing is easier than warming up in the fireplace of Cozy Lodge (Winterfest Lodge).

Winterfest 2022 brought the famous Winterfest Lodge (now known as Cozy Lodge) to Fortnite. Players usually visit it to open gifts, get free cosmetics, and complete additional limited-time quests. Another reason is to warm yourself by the fireplace and add XP to your account.

The detail is that players can zoom in on the fireplace to fill the entire monitor panel and use it as a “virtual fireplace” in the style of a screen projector.

However, when players use this screen saver and leave it for hours, the system awards XP in smaller amounts ranging from 10 XP up to 5000 XP.

To do this, all players need to do is click on the snowflake icon in the top bar of the game menu screen. Fortnite and visit Cozy Lodge. As soon as you do, you’ll see the fireplace light up in the back of the room, just below a Llama Neon sign.

Hover your mouse over the fireplace until it is highlighted and click on it to bring it closer to your screen. Now that your screen is filled with the fireplace, step back or enjoy soft Winterfest music in the background, complete with the sounds of real wood burning. Wait at least 10 minutes until it starts to get Fortnite Free XP.
